These social-emotional learning tools will help students learn to self-regulate throughout the school day in our calming center. All students at our elementary school will have access to these tools. These tools will promote social-emotional learning in many ways, which will then lead to better academic learning in the classroom. These items will provide brain breaks so students can maintain better focus and be more successful in the classroom. When a student is calm, focused and ready to learn they are able to accomplish many goals of goals set in the classroom.
