My students currently do not have working headphones for their Chromebook to be able to utilize technology that supports the skills they are learning in math. If students had headphones, they would be able to access the programs that are available to them.
In addition, many students currently do not have access to learning resources at home. The zipper pouches, dice, and cardstock will be used to create take-home-math kits that will allow students to continue to practice the math skills they are learning here at school. This will also help connect families to the classroom community by being able to see what their kids are learning.
