Some of our students own their own graphing calculator, but some of them do not. If I have a few graphing calculators in my room, students who do not have one are able to use one of these. All of the 11th grade students in Utah will take the ACT college entrance exam, and being familiar and knowing how to use a graphing calculator is helpful. It has always been a great joy to see students make connections with the equations they have been studying to the graph it creates in the cartesian plane.

About my class
