These swings will help my students by giving them a different position to stretch, enjoy the movement, and regulate their bodies. Swings are great tools to motivate students to do things that are fun and exciting. Most recreation centers have gotten away from having them so this gives our class a novelty item to enjoy. Most of all it will give them the ability to soar...to enjoy some freedom away from their chairs or normal routines. It will add laughter to the class, and friendships as they help each other use them.

About my class
