The students in my class use headphones 3-4 times daily as they do a variety of things on their Chrome-books. Each time they put their headphones back on their hooks, the cords come unwound and end up lying on the floor. This has caused many headphone adapters to be stepped on and broken, cords to be pulled from the headphones themselves, and cords wound up around chair and/or desk legs.
Losing headphones over and over again due to damage from a cord not being wound up has made it difficult for some students to get onto their chrome-books. Because of this, I am asking for Donors Choose to provide my class with "tangle free" cords. A piece has been added onto the headphones that allows the students to wind the cord up carefully and connect it to the headphone so it won't come undone.
