Students are going to be using these materials to start inspirational journaling where they can continue to express how they are reacting to their day and how big their emotions get throughout time. With journaling, students could look back into the person they were and reflex. At a young age, it will be impressive for them to notice the changes in their personality and perhaps everyday life. It will be a memory for them to keep close to their heart in which their future self can look back to and become self-aware of the child they were back then.
