The learning activities will allow them to interact with classmates while they learn. This will help them learn very important social skills. (cooperative play, conversational skills, fine motor skills, etc.)
When using the butterfly kits, students will observe and discuss the lifecycle of butterflies.
Students will use math manipulatives to learn foundational math skills and work cooperatively with classmates. The manipulatives will also help students develop their fine motor skills. We have found that students are coming into Kindergarten with poor fine motor skills.
