We use individual whiteboards every day, especially in math. Students work through practice problems while I'm able to easily see who is needing help. After many years of use, the boards have become stained and scratched. The markers are also well used. The students are careful to keep lids on tight and only use the markers for assignments, but they dry up and become frustrating to use. This disrupts the lesson as markers are switched with previously used markers, which may or not work. The headphones are also used daily during our differentiated math and reading time on iPads.
