We would like to add Pickleball and Badminton to our PE curriculum. Badminton focuses on cardiovascular health, precision, and agility. Pickleball was created with an all-around workout in mind. The sport focuses on various areas of fitness and physical health, including balance, mobility, and dexterity. Pickleball and Badminton are both great physical fitness activities that all students can play! Our class sizes in PE are large. The extra portable nets, pickleball paddles, and badminton rackets will allow all students to play and participate in tournament-style play during PE.

About my class
