Because of COVID-19, many of our students struggled during the time spent in virtual learning and are now below grade level in reading and/or math. In order to fill the gaps created by COVID-19, we need to offer intervention to those students who are most at-risk for reaching the state's challenging academic standards. The best way to help these students is to provide intervention in small groups and give our Title I students additional practice in skills where they need extra support. These teaching tools will be used to enhance Tier 2 instruction for our disadvantaged and low-achieving students and help them reach grade level.
