We are adding a Yoga class for our students. This class will focus on structural alignment and the improvement of strength, balance and flexibility. It will deepen the student's awareness of breath and its role in generating energy and stamina in the mind and body.
I plan to incorporate techniques for stress relief, mental awareness and tough teen issues. Students will work on positive habits such as journaling, proper nutrition, self-reflection and positivity. I want to provide students the tools that will help them get through tough times and the effects of COVID-19.
