Our school is 25 years old and in need of new technology. I don't have a doc camera in the library and with one, I could do some spectacular things with books and STEM. I've always wanted to use one. For instance, I have some venus fly traps. It would be so amazing to show students how these carnivorous plants work. If I could be able to bring reading to life such as this, I know the kids would be more interested in reading and checking out books. It's getting harder every day to compete with the printed book. We have to be able to sell reading to kids and I try very hard every day to do this.
