This iPad will help the school counseling program to help meet the needs of students when becoming overwhelmed to calm down and help to self regulate. Several calming apps will be used to regulate a students behavior so they in turn can learn to do it themselves. Other mental health apps will also be used to help students with issues of self harm or other mental health concerns such as anxiety. Students who learn to do this will be able to get back to their learning more quickly and without disturbing other students with behaviors. Some added uses will help the counseling program and special needs students be able to identify and express emotions.

About my class
