Our students have not had nearly the opportunities previous students have had to truly engage their whole body in learning. They have been in sterile learning environments with limited sensory experiences. They have not had the opportunity to strengthen their hands through active play. They have not been able to touch, see, manipulate, build, and learn from their learning environment. Many kids have been limited to a virtual learning environment. This project works to help students truly experience their learning environment through building, creating, molding, playing, strengthening with a variety of activities. This project works to create a fun, exciting, and sensory enriching learning experience to help build fine motor development, reading fluency, and strong writers.

About my class
