My students are really young, and often struggle to maintain attention when sitting in a chair for extended periods of time. This flexible seating is both exciting, and fantastic at capturing some of their energy when they need to be sitting down. The pandemic has lessened a lot of peoples opportunities to adapt to situations that require stillness and listening, so these chairs will help teach my students how to listen.
My classroom has also been blessed with many donated books, but not enough places to keep the books. Help me organize my classroom by adding additional storage spaces, and add some supplies to finish furnishing my room.
I also really want to engage my students in personal small group time at my desk, and these stools are perfect for my u-shaped desk in the corner!
During the pandemic, lots of things are unstable, and subject to change, and this can be a very difficult thing for my young students. Having an accessible and comforting place to return to every day can ease some of the stress they are facing currently. Making sure my classroom is filled with the necessary supplies helps me manage their anxieties better.
