As students at my school exhibit stress and anxiety from their home lives and COVID-19, they will have the opportunity to come to see me, their school counselor. They will be able to sit in the blue chairs that go along with my beach theme in my office. The student will use the calming toys as we discuss ways for them to destress. I will be able to give many of the students their own bubble pop bracelet or squishy ball. They will be able to take the calming toy to their classroom to help with stress they may experience in the classroom.

About my class
