As a result of the pandemic students are struggling. As an educator it is my job to design a plan to help students advance academically and realize they are able to be successful. A horseshoe table would allow for small group leveled instruction as well as focusing on individual instruction. I also selected dry erase magnetic products that can be used more than once. The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them a section of the room to work one on one with the teacher. Currently we sit in the floor as we focus on intervention and setting goals to improve skills. Having a table will allow for small group instruction that will focus on critical components to develop skills for each student to become successful. Both reading and math will be taught during this time offering an opportunity for students to ask questions and build confidence as a learner and individual.
