In my classroom, play based learning happens every day. Since covid, I have tried to clean and rotate the items for play that I have daily. I have found it really hard to keep up since I do not have enough manipulatives or creative play items to accommodate all my students within the covid guidelines. With more manipulatives, I would have more time working hands on with my students and less time sanitizing. Adding the castle and tree house will help with the rotation so everyone will have a turn daily for play based learning. The marble run, creating a creature and other manipulatives will give my students a chance to be creative through play.
