Students in middle and high schools are expected to proficiently access, analyze, and create using digital tools. Technology is integrated to engage, enrich, and extend learning objectives for students on a regular basis. In addition to technology skills, students must develop organizational skills and study habits for use across all classes. Technologically proficient and better organized students tend to do better in school. Back to Basics will provide my students with the technological and organizational skills they need for success. Students will learn to use organizational tools and reminders on the computers that can be integrated with their phones so they don’t miss deadlines, they will complete online tutorials for typing, and will learn to use Google suite. With several students working on various tutorials, the headphones will allow the to focus in on their own lesson. In addition, they will have the supplies they need such as paper, pencils, pens, and folders to organize course work and prepare it for submission.
