During the pandemic a lot of kids couldn't interact with friends and most kids have been able to have more screen time than normal. I have found that most kids would prefer to sit and play video games or watch YouTube. This would help introduce them to a fun way of fitness and to be up and moving! I have amazing students who like to learn new and fun things and I think this would help get them up and active. The kids would be able to do this with their families at home as well.
