My students will use the resources of this project to engage in hands on learning in math class and at home. Many of my students need accommodations to help them focus in class. The composition notebooks will help us take guided notes in lessons, and the tape will aide us in making these guided notes something easy for the students to refer back to often. A classroom set of headphones will allow my students to work independently and try exploring the world of mathematics on their computers during class. My students will get to work hands-on with the race car tracks in order to learn about slope of lines and new functions. I can't wait to engage them in new, hands on ways! The various treats will allow students to be instantly rewarded for their hard work, as well as give them the extra energy that they need in order to keep their minds sharp and ready for problem solving. Each of these items has been carefully selected in order to find new ways to engage, activate and enhance my students learning experience of the beautiful world of mathematics.
