There are a lot of students in my classroom saying they have problems at home completing practice assignments because of a lack of supplies and resources.
Our school is a semi-rural area, a small town with a population of 10,000 which is hard to provide internet access and resources so paper and calculators are important!
To help my students learn amid the pandemic, I could use additional calculators for the classroom and for students to check out to use at home, headphones for in-class learning and paper to show their work, composition notebooks for notes, and batteries to keep the calculators running!
With many parents not working, the lack of funding for their student's supplies in my classroom makes things harder for the students to be successful.
