Clay is a great material, and students don't often get a chance to experience it. This fancy mud is sticky and oh, so fun to shape into different things.
This clay wheel will be used in conjunction with regular clay working methods like hand building and slab building to give students a more complete clay experience in Elementary and Middle School.
In a world full of digital devices and screen time, this tool will be a unique opportunity for students to use to increase their hand strength, their fine motor skills, and dexterity in a way that they may be missing due to their reliance on their hand held devices. Tech has an important place in our world, but with this tool we can give students some exposure to REAL fun.
