Students have been lectured to death since COVID-19 started. I want to get them out of their chairs and working with others to critically solve problems. These skills have atrophied since the onset of the pandemic, yet they will be make-or-break skills in the real world. I want to make sure my students are equipped with them.
Additionally, students find these types of activities fun and engaging. These things will work together to boost students' morale and well-being in more and better ways than I have at my disposal now. Thank you all for considering my project today.
