The materials shall be used to enhance students mathematical critical thinking , collaboration and application in our daily life. Students shall be assigned projects that relate to our daily life . Some project will require students to collaborate with their parents/guardians in such topics as consumer mathematics that involve making decisions on buying of consumer goods. The games shall help the students learn how to articulate ideas, applications and link to real world. The erasable markers shall be used to communicate and exchange ideas as the students solve math problems within their small groups. The color coded bins shall be used to store center materials. Centers help the students learn a skill taught that day by using hands on activities or solving a word problem in collaboration with a partner.
