The colored pencils will allow us to create more projects in Social Studies and Reading. My students have shown me this year they strive and are successful when we can incorporate art into our learning. Our composition books are something we use daily and often fill up before our year is over. We write in them, and fill them up with useful information, including anchor charts, for students to refer back to while they are working independently. Students are able to use their composition books while working at home and at school. This way they have all the information they need at their finger tips.
