With the resources I have chosen, I plan to create a classroom environment both virtually and in-person that personifies the meaning of the word seamless. These resources will make an easier avenue for students to transition from virtual and distance learning assignments back into the classroom, with minimal effort. The resources I have chosen will also allow me to interact with my students who are virtual as well as the students who are in class, at the same time.
The tablet will allow me to sync virtual lessons with personal videos of my teaching and an easier platform for grading, attendance, and virtual modules at the touch or swipe of a finger, allowing for less classroom disruptions and more time with students regardless of their location during class time. The iPad is also compatible with the current technology in my classroom, which will allow for screen mirroring and real time instruction with visuals and examples provided by the instructor.
With COVID numbers spiking once again, and the threat of winter weather approaching, It is vital for the students to be able to maintain proper and helpful instruction time that will close the gap from the previous two years, and propel them forward toward a brighter future and a better understanding of Mathematics as a whole.
