I am a fourth grade teacher during the day and I teach kindergartners for two hours after school. We are a Title I school and all of the students are on free lunches. My students were already at a disadvantage before COVID-19 hit the U. S. over two years ago, due to lack of parent involvement and economical issues.
Right now my students have several apps on their devices that need sound. Good headphones are needed so when they are working they are not disturbing their classmates. These apps are very beneficial for my kids.
Also, due to lack of social-emotional involvement for the past 2 years, their behavior has caused several of my old plastic containers to break. I could use some new containers to store the manipulatives that I have. I could also use a few new manipulatives to help fill the gaps that I am seeing in my classroom today. Thank you for thinking of me and my students. Anything would help tremendously.
