The requested resources will give students the opportunity to be hands on while processing new skills and re enforcing past skills learned. Sight word games, play-doh, and wiki sticks to allow children to form letters and shapes. Magnetic doodle boards so students can be engaged during circle time by writing letters when I say the sounds. The printer, ink, lamination pages, and drawer cart will allow me as the teacher to print, laminate, store and organize new materials for students to use. Materials such as math mats, letter identification play-doh mats and create pattern mats that will be used during small group intervention time for my most critical learners.
All of these items requested will give students multiple resources to succeed both academically and socially in my kindergarten classroom. These resources will help fill the learning gap that has been a result of Covid-19!
