The resources that I have requested will give my students the opportunity to use many different skills through hands on activities. My students learn in different ways, so I am trying to implement different activities that allow them to learn the way they learn best. I am wanting to give my students an environment where they can experiment, learn, and explore in their own way. My students love to do hands on activities because most of them do not have access to these resources at home.
The donations from this project will allow my students not only the opportunity for hands on activities, but it will also allow them to gain many of the skills they are lacking.
In light of Covid, the students are lacking many of these skills due to having to go to online learning. These hands on activities will allow them the chance to work on their communication skills, critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills. These activities will also give them the opportunity to be very creative in their own way.
