During the pandemic, students have been flooded with online learning activities. Although online learning has many strengths, my middle school students have expressed an interest in doing activities not digitally based. Since mathematics is learned by doing, the use of the hands-on resources, board games, resource sheets, and doodle pages, will be engaging the students in different learning formats. These items will give them a break from the current online curriculum and help them rebuild social skills which were also stunted due to the pandemic isolation. Also, by receiving these materials, my students will know I have heard their voices and am being proactive in response to them. That will, hopefully, motivate them even more to stay the course and persevere as we make the Covid-19 Math Climb. These products that I have selected will help my students make this climb.
