Since the pandemic we have had to change our lessons and methods of teaching for health protocols. The last two years, the children have used iPads for virtual learning rather than learning to properly hold a pencil or use scissors and have been limited in their creativity by what they can do individually or at home.
The items in this list are for implementing fun and exciting art and technology initiatives throughout this year. As a kindergarten team, we focus on inclusivity, and some of these supplies will go to help specific students across our kindergarten team who need a little extra support. The styluses included will ensure that every student has access to quality writing utensils for their iPads. The additional art supplies will help us in creating student-driven art projects for the rest of this year! We’ve been amazed at what students can do when given creative freedom unencumbered by supply limits!
