My requested resources will help students advance their academic learning by better enhancing our classroom through flexible seating, hands-on labs, books, and learning tools. My students love visual aids that I print on bright paper and well as printing their science labs on bright paper.
My students excel with hands-on materials as well as when given a goal/challenge. I'm constantly reinventing the wheel trying to determine safe, hands-on activities during Covid-19. These resources will be sanitizable so that we can use them without fear. I'm constantly giving out rewards for goals that we set that require students to go the extra mile. I believe this has helped our students stay ahead of the learning curve that Covid-19 has caused.
My students love to review a chapter/unit by playing Jeopardy. Our current buzzers are going out. I'm super excited to have new buzzers to make our games even more exciting. Also, I have many students that are just now finding the joy behind reading for fun. I'm constantly making lists of books to purchase for our outdated classroom library and have included the three most requested series.
