Due to Covid-19, many of my students have had to learn virtually or miss school due to being quarantined. Students learn best by being taught math using a concrete(hands-on) method before moving to abstract. Some students have only experienced abstract math the last 3 years.
My students are excited to learn but even more so when they are able to experience math hands on! Many of my students have gaps, and the manipulatives I am requesting will help fill those gaps. The items can be used whole group or one-on-one. While I am working with students one-on-one, the manipulatives will allow my other students to still be actively engaged in the learning process.
My students are awesome and very eager to learn! I want to provide them the essentials to help them succeed!
