The ACT test can open doors for students to access college admittance and scholarships. The math section of the ACT has 60 questions to be completed in 60 minutes. ACT approved calculators can aid in student success by reducing time spent on lengthy calculations. In order to do this, students must have the calculator skills in place.
By donating to this project, students will be able to have access to ACT approved calculators at home for homework and ACT preparation. To grow both math and calculator skills, students will be strongly encouraged to borrow (check out on loan) a calculator for work not completed in class or when the district has transitioned to distance learning. When preparing for the ACT, students will then have the calculator skills in place to aid in their success.
