A large life lesson for student with disabilities and even more now through the pandemic, is that of self-regulation and finding the right calming method or tool. The tool that creates self confidence and growth maybe a fidgit, a puzzle, or activity to accomplish on their level. The pandemic had taken away the learning that was hands on and level appropriate for students with disabilities like the amazing students "uniquely wired" to learn their own way about life skills to further their independence through touching, using a physical tool, or working a puzzle each student can accomplish a personal goal to apply to their life.
