My students ask for what we call "basket games." Due to Covid-19 protocols, we must clean and disinfect what our students touch. To provide a safer environment, we have a basket at each center for students to choose their activity to be completed after finishing their learning centers. This way we can keep the hands-on experience going while being as safe as possible. Providing building activities such as Legos and puzzles create an instant problem-solving activity. My students ask me on a daily basis, what their basket game will be. I know this is important to them.
