Since the Covid-19 pandemic, my students use the Chromebooks daily in my classroom and when we have to pivot to virtual learning. The headphones will greatly help my students that wear hearing aids and it will help keep noise distractions down. The pencil sharpener will keep them from touching the handle of a manual pencil sharpener. Since most of my students are visual learners the visual aides will help them comprehend and retain the concepts being taught. My students learn better when they are able to manipulate materials. The math manipulatives will help them understand the math skills and fill in missing learning gaps. I will use these manipulatives in math centers, small group activities, and whole group lessons where I will model how to use the manipulatives. My students are awesome, but need a little hands-on experience.
