In my project, I would like to address a few of their needs. During the pandemic, the students were a combination of virtual and in-person learning. In the process of returning to in-person education, we have the wiggles. My students would benefit from having flexible seating options like wobble chairs, balance balls, and bean bag seating. Another area of concern, some students can be overwhelmed by stimuli like noise. They are needing noise-canceling headphones. To address an overabundance of screen time, the students would benefit from hands-on activities in STEM projects. Please consider funding our projects! Mrs. West fifth-grade Special Education Class
