I have noticed that Covid has changed the way our students use technology and are physically active. Due to the increased use of technology during the pandemic, and the lack of physically activity during shutdowns, Covid school closures, virtual learning, etc, I believe students are more apt to be physically active and participate when technology is involved.
I would like to implement games like Hide & Seek, Chase, Simon Says, Search and Rescue using drone technologies to keep students active and interested in physical education. Not only will this be an innovative way for students to be active during the health and physical education hours, but it's a great opportunity for cross curricular activities.
I believe we will be able to chart, graph, and keep track of our information taken on our drone and ventures by documenting the information gathered. My adding the stretchy bands to my health class chairs students will still be able to keep physically active while documenting the scientific findings via drone technologies.
