COVID-19 prevented athletes all over the country from being able to work out and get better at skills necessary in order to be successful in their sport. The speed development equipment will allow my athletes to start building up strength that is necessary in order to compete at such a high level. With that being said, being able to compete and get better in basketball will assist in helping with their overall well-being. They are a great group of young ladies and anything that we can get funded will help them with their confidence and game.

About my class
