Students sometimes need extrinsic motivation. Having a grand awards celebration will motivate them to always want to come to school and learn. It may be the only way to give students the hope they need to know that We Believe In THEM and CARE ABOUT THEIR SUCCESS! The balloons will be used to decorate the stage, and the tinsel curtains will cover the windows and create a photo booth. We will transfer the school's cafeteria into a "ballroom" The spandex table cloths will cover the tables with the awards the students will receive.
