My students love to use LEGO bricks in my STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) classroom. Working with LEGO bricks encourages my students to be creative and use their imaginations! My students really enjoy constructing STEAM parks and thinking about how each piece should be placed. LEGO bricks also help the students to understand gears, motion, solving problems, and working together in groups. Currently we are constructing basic cities and the students have to explain why they placed each structure where they placed it. With LEGO bricks in the classroom, the possibilities are endless!
