We utilize the lab at least once a month. Whether it’s dissecting frogs, testing chemicals or just observing a guest making something explode. I ask for more stools to prevent accidental spills from happening. We use this room as a management tool as well. The students are much more careful in there. I have had numerous liquids spilled in my personal classroom because students weren’t being careful. If I can take them to a place that they understand isn’t for playing around, there will be less wasted materials and my room won’t smell like vinegar for the next nine weeks.
