Due to the current pandemic that is ravaging the world at large, our school, like so many others, have implemented more digital learning opportunities than ever before. The classroom of yesteryear is gone and will never comeback. Teaching and public education has had to reinvent the classroom with methods, strategies, and programs that were not considered normal less than five years ago.
Covid-19 has forced schools into the 21st century by making schools and teachers think outside of the box and teach students remotely with new digital programs and teaching methods. Digital teaching aids and supplements will only help students to further their education in this new and changing world by utilizing technology to the best of their ability. However, even as technology advances at a rapid rate, students are still children who enjoy drawing and coloring and other things that allow them to be children.
The calculators will allow my older students to quickly work out their math without worrying about having to go spend money on one before the school year starts. The tablet will help students that do not have the funds to purchase a tablet themselves utilize the newest forms of technology to help them complete assignments. The batteries will be able to help students with battery powered headphones or a wireless mouse.
