The teacher can also place an small object, such as a shape, and make it larger for the whole class to see, when doing geometry, etc. The teacher can also place a ruler, tape measure, yard stick, etc. on the flat surface and show the whole class how to properly read the increments. The ELMO allows for a variety of teaching methods.
