This equipment will be used with our pre-kindergarten through 4th grade students. The mats could also increase effort by eliminated discomfort that can come from exercising on a hard wood or concrete floor. These mats will make it possible for us to teach our students gymnastics safely at our school. We are so excited to be able to teach a new unit in PE for our students to safely explore different movements related to gymnastics. Our students will be able to learn how to tumble safely as well as learn new body movements such as cart wheels, hand stands, round offs and much more. These mats will also be good for us to use for other games that we brainstorm for our students. Balance is an underrated principle of our everyday functioning. It keeps you upright, allows you to walk without assistance, and helps prevent injury. But there are a variety of things that can reduce our sense of balance, from both an internal and external perspective. By allowing students to develop Balance, they will be able to learn and excel in any activity that they may choose. Thank you for your help bringing joy to many children.
