We will use these digital magazines to discuss the current events going on in our world. The students will form their own opinions and debate with one another in order to express their feelings and opinions.
These magazines will create good reading habits with my kids. We will bring out the maps and have students locate the places where the stories take place, learn new vocabulary words, and play Current Event games using the articles.
It is so fun to sit back and watch as they express themselves. I love to see them talk about subjects they are passionate about. I'm so excited to see what these Time Magazines have to offer. When I can actually get a middle schooler to express themselves, I feel it's a win-win!
