Reading opens an entire world of opportunities. Sadly, access to books is a problem for many of my students. This grant would allow my classroom to become an escape into a whole new world as far as their imaginations can take them! Daily, my students will request to put away their Chromebooks and read instead! This thrills my soul. However, my lack of books makes it difficult for each student to choose something they would enjoy. Our class will use a checkout system to allow the the students to take the books home to enjoy reading with their family.
