I have purchased many books on my own to try and entice my more reluctant students to read. We sat down and discussed some books they would like to have. The books on my list are exactly what they are looking for! They want graphic novels, books about history, books about sports. They LOVE these subjects. Being in such a rural community, it is hard to find donations from the community and I am having a hard time purchasing more enticing books on my own. These students need to be given a chance to become lifelong readers! They just need the right books!

About my class
